Transfer Case Fluid Check

Clean the filler plug.

Remove the filler plug.

Inspect the fluid level. The fluid level should be within 0.12 in (3 mm) from the bottom of the hole.

Add fluid through the filler hole.

Use only fluid that meets Ford specifications. See Capacities and Specifications.
